ALSA INDONESIA LEGAL RESEARCH COMPETITION
One of the most valuable skill to have in legal field is the skill to write. In writings, it is where most of the basic trait as law student can be learned. To carefully separate legal issues, pooling the facts, analyze regulations and rules, construct argument or opinion, and put it in words that everyone would understand.
Such skill is what is expected from ALSA members to have. Therefore, ALSA Indonesia Legal Review Competition exists to encourage law students to develop their writing skill in a way of competition. Writings from the result of this competition is also act as medium of critical and idealistic thinking of law students in Indonesia and as a source of knowledge.
ALSA INDONESIA INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Learning by doing is a right term for ALSA Indonesia Internship Program. This program is one of ALSA Indonesia signature program that gives chance to our members to apply for internship in several places such as lawfirm or non-governmental organization.
The aim for this program is for our member to have a fruitful experiences and learn how the working environment will be when they started to work after graduated.
ALSA INDONESIA LEGAL TRAINING & WORKSHOP
Legal Knowledge and legal practice are equally important for law students, especially in the verge of entering a real legal work environment. In this program, participants will directly learn from legal practitioners about application of law in the field.
Participants will also be trained with applicative legal skills, which is a must have for legal practitioners, that are often not being learned in law faculties. Another agenda in this program is to visit governmental/judicial institution to better understand the mechanism and the role of those institutions.
ALSA INDONESIA EDITORIAL
One of ICT's National Board program that has 3 (three) different output.
1. ALSA Indonesia Legal Infographic. It made by the editorial team to published current legal issues in Indonesia and will be posted in ALSA Indonesia's social media.
2. Legal Term. The purpose for this output is to introducing Local Chapter's city. It is posted in ALSA Indonesia's Instagram Stories and consist of places to go, what to eat, and other interesting things to do in the city.
3. Article. The content writers and designers of this article is the editor of ALSA Indonesia Editorial. The article will be compiled as the ALSA Indonesia Magazine.
ALSA CARE & LEGAL COACHING CLINIC
“Socially Responsible and Legally Skilled” is one of the principle derived from ALSA Constitution that is embedded within the spirit of ALSA members. Such spirit would not be complete without any real implementation to the principle.
ALSA Care & Legal Coaching Clinic held as an annual program by ALSA Indonesia that involves the society in promoting legal awareness, study of law, and legal assistance. The execution of the program itself is handled by the Local Chapters across Indonesia with the guidance from National Board. The Local Chapters have freedom to utilize their own ideas and creativity to hold the event, and to decide which legal area that is most needed in their region.
ALSA INDONESIA REUNION
ALSA Indonesia Reunion (AIR) is one of the programs of the National Board of ALSA Indonesia. This program is created as a platform for alumni of ALSA Indonesia to meet and share with fellow alumni and active members of ALSA Indonesia.
This activity is expected to increase the sense of belonging of alumni to ALSA Indonesia and also improve knowledge and become a reference for ALSA Indonesia members in their career development and give appreciation to the alumni who have been instrumental in developing ALSA Indonesia up until now.
ALSA Golden ticket is one of the extraordinary programs of ALSA National Chapter Indonesia, aimed to help ALSA members who need financial support to attend the events in ALSA, both national and international.
Applicants have to go through several stages in order to win the golden ticket, starting from administrative requirement to an interview session with the National Board. The winner of ALSA Golden Ticket would then be free of registration and transportation charges in their national or international event participation.
ANNUAL BREAKFAST &
ALSA Indonesia Breakfasting & Charity Day is one of the signature programs of ALSA National Chapter Indonesia. It is held under the management of Vice President of Internal Affairs.
The aim of the program is to raise awareness to the less fortunate and strengthen the bond between members and alumni.
ALSA INDONESIA CAREER
ALSA Indonesia Career Talkshow (AICT) is one of the programs of the National Board of ALSA Indonesia. This program is created as a platform for Alumni of ALSA Indonesia share their career experiences.
This activity is expected to improve members & non-members knowledge and become a reference for ALSA Indonesia members in their career development and give appreciation to the alumni who have been instrumental in developing ALSA Indonesia up until now.
