A national moot court competition organized by ALSA Indonesia, with one of its Local Chapters serving as the host each year. It brings together law faculties from universities across Indonesia to compete in simulated court proceedings focusing on Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law. As the oldest and one of the most prestigious moot court competitions in Indonesia, ALSA NMCC serves as a respected platform for aspiring legal professionals to showcase their advocacy skills and legal knowledge. Through this competition, ALSA NMCC provides a learning platform for law students to strengthen their understanding of both substantive and procedural criminal law, as well as courtroom practice in accordance with applicable regulations. It aims to enhance participants’ legal knowledge and practical skills, train their ability to handle criminal case proceedings, and foster sportsmanship, discipline, and creativity throughout the competition.
