ALSA INDONESIA NEGOTIATION COMPETITION
ALSA Indonesia Negotiation Competition (AINC) is a national legal competition organized by ALSA Indonesia to provide a practical platform for law students across Indonesia to develop their negotiation skills in a professional legal setting.
Designed as a simulation of real-world legal and business disputes, AINC invites participants to step into the role of professional negotiators, where they will analyze a fictional case, represent their respective parties, and engage in strategic negotiations to reach mutually beneficial solutions. The competition is conducted in Bahasa Indonesia and consists of three main stages: pre-negotiation, negotiation, and closing statement.
Through this competition, participants are encouraged to sharpen their legal reasoning, communication, and strategic thinking while experiencing the dynamics of negotiation practice. Beyond competition, AINC serves as a platform to foster collaboration, critical analysis, and practical legal skills essential for future legal professionals in an increasingly complex legal and business environment.
